Air Regulations Course Description
A subset of law known as “air regulations” deals with air transport operations and all related commercial and legal issues. First of all, this is a set of regulations that control how airspace is used for aviation and the advantages it offers to the global community and its member states.
Rules include things like keeping a safe distance between planes and runways, using lights on the runway, adhering to protocols like ETOPS, MNPS, and PBN, among many others, and limiting the capabilities of pilots. We put a lot of emphasis on teaching rules and regulations correctly because even a minor misinterpretation of the law might have disastrous consequences. It is the most crucial thing you should keep in mind before boarding or approaching an airplane.
